Welcome! I’m David “Shep” Shepherd, and nothing makes me happier than matching great people with the place they’ll proudly call “home.”

After being in real estate 30 years ago — and 8 year right here in beautiful Southwest Michigan—I still wake up excited to serve my neighbors. My journey began in a small family brokerage in North Carolina, learning the ropes alongside my aunt, dad, and brother. Today four Shepherds are REALTORS® in four different states, each of us driven by the same guiding principle: treat every client like family.

My military background instilled the habits my clients value most—meticulous attention to detail, unshakable accuracy, and a heart for service. Whether I’m guiding first-time buyers, marketing a lakefront retreat, or negotiating that final detail on a transaction, you can count on me to have your six from start to finish.
